One97 Communications — Refund request for Flight cancellation (Ticket:[protected] pending since Nov 25

I have raised refund request via the Ticket:[protected] for my refund along with long due of another refund via ticket Ticket:[protected] but paytm help and support is not helping at all. the stop responding.

I created another ticket[protected] with issue on Jan 20, 2026 and than auto chat respond that an agent will assign but still no response.

Please help me out here.
