One97 Communications — Regarding refund of money debited from my account without my knowledge

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I, Arya Rajan Karat writing this letter to bring to your notice that one of Paytm transactions of amount Rs. 6334.24, dated 8 November 2023 which was not done by me, and amount was deducted from my account without my knowledge.

I would also like to mention that the said amount was debited from my savings account of Indian Bank Thalassery branch. The payment was made in the name of M/S ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS LTD INDIAN BANK MGT BRANC PAYTM-

The UPI transaction ID for the same was[protected]/paytm/

Today when I had checked my balance I saw 6334.24 that the amount has been debited.

I am writing this letter to request you kindly look into the matter as the amount has not yet been credited back to my savings account. I request you to refund the said amount as it was not done by me. Please kindly do the needful at the earliest.
