I request you to provide me reversal immediately for my transaction failed but amount got deducted from my account. On Nov 4th 2023, at 9:26PM.
I have to pay the postpaid bill by 7th Nov 2023, So, please do reversal.
Details:
1. I was paying my Paytm Postpaid bill amount of Rs. 7999.37/- by paytm app mode of transaction Net Banking. I gave login credentials and gave OTP.
2. The PAYMENT GOT DEDUCTED by bank, but TRANSACTION FAILED.
3. I made no.of attempts to raise a request for amount reversal. I contacted and got this email Id from paytm grievance Officer on call, he asked to give pan no. And screenshots of both failed transaction and amount got debited.
I attached THE SCREENSHOTS OF the same please do the needful as soon as possible, I have to pay the paytm postpaid bill to email: care.[protected]@adityabirlacapital.com. Reference number: CAS[protected]W9Q5N5.
