Respected sir my name is patel abhi i have been using online money transfer service since 3 years and about my experience till today no authorized transactions can be done without otp but this 1 company named (One97communication owned by paytm) debiting money from my mothers account twice in july 2020 in only one day of two transactions of 349 each which cost total of 700 rupees. I faced this problem about 1and half years ago back then they have debited 400 rupees from my account without any reason which i have debated with my sbi manager but he strictly told that no money can be debited from your bank account without otp. He is right but he hasnt helped so i stop complaing and let it go my 400 rupees but again this time they have deducted 700 rupees but now i know full explanation about my problem so please help me to solve such issue so many people facing. They make tons of money by doing fraud. I want refund it is my right to know the fee if any they take if not done.
