[Resolved] One97 Communications — transaction failed but half amount debited from my bank account

On 16 july i tried to pay insurance premium through paytm 100000 and it failed tried once more it also failed but 50000 debited from my account and i complaint to paytm and they are telling they didn't receive any amount what should i do help me out of this.
