Claim no - sr#1913237 Relationship n[protected] 1- always got wrong information from customer care. 2- i have called more than 50 times. I always got response that your claim is pending for insurance company's approval. I have escalated your case you will get response within 48 hrs. (I never got any response) 3-wrong promises. 4-i was requested for service handset on 14th of april, but till now i did not get any service handset, when ever i called they says that your case got escalated you will get revert mail within 48 hrs. 5-i were submitted my moto z play mobile phone almost 45 days ago but till now no progress.
