[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — 2078469 # phone taken for service, over a month and no clue of phone

I has been over a month and the company has no clue about the phone.
The due date was supposed to be 12th july..
Now the customer service is pathetic, they have no escalation procedure.. They log a callback and keep saying escalation team will call tomorrow everytime and no one ever calls.
The customer service says "please wait for 48 hours" everytime i call.
I even asked to get my phone as it is and cancel the warranty, they say they cannot do that as well.
I feel as if my phone is lost!

Who cares of the status! Give me my phone back!
When will I get my phone? Its over a month now.
NASA would have done repairs on ISS by now and you guys still struggling with getting the glass of a phone replaced!

Without any information one assists service deduct the amount odf rs 1299 from my hdfc credit card no 0938 plz refund the amount to be in my hdfc account. On the other my is credit is not active.

When will I hear and when will I get the phone?

Stop giving standard replies...
Tell me when will I get my phone.. or atleast give my phone as it is back to me and cancel my insurance
