[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — 2078469 # phone taken for service, over a month and no clue of phone | |||
Service request number: 2078469 I has been over a month and the company has no clue about the phone. The due date was supposed to be 12th july.. Now the customer service is pathetic, they have no escalation procedure.. They log a callback and keep saying escalation team will call tomorrow everytime and no one ever calls. The customer service says "please wait for 48 hours" everytime i call. I even asked to get my phone as it is and cancel the warranty, they say they cannot do that as well. I feel as if my phone is lost! Was this information helpful? | |||
