I had a complaint regarding one of your employee named Rohan in mobile assist department.. I had a query regarding discontinuing my one assist membership. After explaining query he said he is not from cancellation department of one assist membership. He is was not behaving properly and was trying to avoid when I ask him for assurance on whether i will get a call back for the concerned department or not, as an year back I have same request and no body called me so I was concerned about the same. Being in the customer care centre he should be concerned and humble while taking calls. This attitude of him make me furious and I would never want to go with any of the one assist plans. And second peron was rahul who without letting me know in between call stop answering me. I don't understand what kind of staff you have hired. Disgusting attitude by one assist staff.
