I have taken up up a plan called "home assist plan" with membership id [protected] valid through june 22, 2019. The plan includes servicing of air conditioners twice a year. First service was done on 10th december 2018 which was smoothly done. This increased my faith on oneassist. I even recommended this company to my procurement department who bought mobile handset insurance for about 100 samsung handsets. But to my utter shock this company is not able to get my acs serviced even after 4 days of logging the request. They just have to say "we have escalated your issue. Please wait, we are personally looking into your matter".
How frustating experience they are giving me this time. How can one expect to renew this plan or recommend it to others? Only god can save such companies!!! Was this information helpful? |
