The One Assist services is been activated in my HDFC Credit card without my knowledge and Rs 1299/- had been deducted from my HDFC Credit card. The One service is still activated on my HDFC Credit card no 7298. And my getting the call from One Assist customer care team is forcing us to avail this service again and again. I am into depression since more then 1 week chasing for deactivation of One assist service.I want the full amount i.e Rs 1299/- to be refunded in my credit card account.

HDFC @ Team kindly intervene on this serious issue for expedite.

Updated by Narayan Devadiga The One Assist Service is not yet deactivated from my HDFC Credit card-7298, after written communication from my end. The Deducted amount is not yet refunded.

Kindly confirm when the services will be deactivated.
