[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — activating plan without my confirmation even after telling them last time to cancel my all plans

I even didnt get a single confimation call or sms before deducting the money from my hdfc account. I dont want this one assit service or any plans of there.

I called the one assist customer care but they are not ready to cancel the plan and forcing to me to keep it.

I really dont want this plan please refund my money back

Hi Team,

I just called the Oneassist customer service to confirm if the plan is cancelled or not, But they are telling me that it has not been cancelled.

This is totally unacceptable and not the way to operate. Please stick to your words.

confirm me, if it is cancelled or not.
