Hello Team One Assist, I got a call from HDFC regarding activation of insurance. I had initially thought that the plan is from HDFC. However as they failed to mention to me that the insurance is by OneAssist and as I am not interested in continuing with the plan as they opted for a 3rd party without revealing the company and without my consent for the same, I request you to immediately cancel the plan and refund my money.
