OneAssist Consumer Solutions — additional damages to mobile handset by one assist but not ready to get it repaired | |||
On 16th june a claim was raised for my mobile. Documents and handset images were submitted to the one assist team. On 26th june the handset and claim form was picked up and a receipt was given by the courier guy. After following up with customer care and sending emails, escalation team gets in touch saying that the handset has not reached them and was asking for a acknowledgment receipt image. On 11th july day i get a call from their courier partner saying that the handset had been given back to me and started accusing me saying that i am lying but that was not true. Asking for a proof he dint not had any answer. After a day escalation team says that the handset was lying with their courier guy and it was not submitted to them. On 17th july escalation team gets in touch asking for the claim form and necessary documents. After submitting it again to them they assure me that the handset will be repaired as early as possible. Escalation team received the handset on 24th july and the handset was in working condition. On 1st august i receive an email stating that the claim has been passed in ber (Beyond economic repair) and asking for documents for payment transfer. As mother board repair cost is rs 6000/- it is going in ber. Since 15 days i am saying that ber is not acceptable by me as the handset was lying with the courier partner and it has been mishandled by them.
