OneAssist Consumer Solutions — After cancellation of subscription. Deducted 1899 rupees from my HDFC credit card

I have raised my issue to cancel my subscription on Jan 5th. But Customer service Executive are not cancellation my subscription and insisting me to take a renewal plan of 900 rupees. After a serious discussion. They have cancelled my subscription on 21st Jan. But on the same day they have deducted 1899 rupees from my HDFC Credit Card. I'm trying to reach the customer service but no one is responding to call.
