[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — agreed amount not fully credited | |
As per my refund option you says i will receive rs 699. But yesterday credited (10 dec 2018 as bank records) 500 only. Rs 35.56 credit in my account, i don't know from where they arrive, if this amount not sent by you credit the balance 199 rs to my account today. And send the plan closed letter to me by mail, other wise company will deduct again in next year. Company is trying to catch fish without wet their hands. My past 4 years experience was very bad about this company. I don't trust this one assist company even for a single paisa.

I sent it again.Not able to send the complete statement here. Because i already failed with the unothorised money deduction from your side. So if i post it here, anybady make a fraud with use of it, the liability again comes on my head.
