Dear One Assist Team, My SR No. 14953565
We had purchase a Symphony Air Cooler dated 02.05.2021, and taken Extended Warranty for Two years, and this time is First year, (Invoice is attached herewith)
We had complained, and your technician comes after 4-5 days. he was remove the parts from cooler and take back for Repair or change, After one week there is no any updation for the same, Mr. Praveen kumar as SM is also not picking the phone Mob No. [protected].
i am very worry about your service
I requested you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
