Dear sir/madam,
I send my mobile to service on 12 sep'16. My claim number is 1545728. When calling to your customer care. There will said still is in service center. How long it take to change the parts. Also i request coursty hands set. Still i didn't received that also. When i take the pack your service people said with in 48 hrs your hand get back. If can't fullfill your words why your company giving commitment and cheating people. I send so many mail to your company still i didn't received any single reply from your side.
