[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — amount debited without my consent | |||||
One assist has again debited rs 1377 from my hdfc credit card account. I called one assist customer care 3 months back and they assured me that i won't be charged any more for the service i am not using and has confirmed my cancellation of the plan. This time again they have charged me without intimidating me prior and i got a text from the bank "dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending xxxx. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly". This is completely unacceptable. My oneassist relationship no. Is 3015283.
