[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Annual fees for auto-debited from account without my consent | |||||
Without my consent, you have debited the oneassist fees from my account. Today i made 4th call to oneassist service center. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the full deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same. My registered mobile number is [protected].
