I am writing to express my frustration of buying an oneassist mobile insurance plan for my apple 6s. My service request no. Is 1990589. My mobile had an accidental damage and my phone was picked up on 22/05/17. Its been almost a month that i have made the claim and still waiting for my device where as i was promised a service guarantee of 12 days. I have already paid the policy excess fees of rs 2500, though i was told that i will not have to pay even a single rupee at the time of renewal. And till date i have no idea regarding the status of my mobile phone. Every time i'm told that the phone is in delivery and i will be receiving it shortly. I have been getting vague answers from the call center support each and every time i call them. Nobody reverts to the emails that i sent on your mail ids. I would request you to kindly arrange a delivery of my device by this week and take necessary action please. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
