I have cancelled my auto renewal itself. But this year i got mail regarding the auto renewal on 12.7.2018. I replied to the mail to stop my auto renewal. After my confirmation to stop my auto renewal itself, the plan has renewed. Today i made my complaint through customer care. My complaint acknowledgment number is 3459485.
