Iam MEKALA PRADEEP and I used oneassist plan from 11th March 2020 to 11th March 2021. I already informed oneassist to cancel my plan renewal which starts from 11th March 2021. I called oneassist before renewal date about cancelation but they denied. I again called second time and oneassist said your plan will not get renewal without our conformation. But my money debited in my card and I got renewal without any information. So please help me to get cancelation of plan and refund my money immediately.

Complaint marked as Resolved I made a request for cancellation of my plan and got a call from oneassist agent(female) and she forced me not to cancel my plan and explained about plan for several minutes but I denied her words and said cancel my plan that's it. At last she said your plan will be canceled in 9 to 11 days and you will receive your amount back in your card. But I got amount within 5 days and my plan got canceled. Thankyou
