My plan will expire April 17 2021 i don't want continue this plan..Am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership..Last three years I'm trying to cancel this plan. one assist not cancelled. This time I'm very serious.Dont take auto renewal

Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank Credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs.1899/- from my Credit card number ending with 0821 without my concern on date. 17/MAR/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this Membership anymore. So cancel the Membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-.

When I applied for credit card from ICICI Bank, I think I had by mistakenly ticked for One Assist subscription plan. And now I want to cancel it and I had called One Assist customer care but there are saying it will not be cancelled and even if I will cancel I will not get my money/refund. Is there any means by which I can cancel the plan and get full refund as soon as possible.

Please deactivate or cancel the plan and refund...

Me and lot of my friends have been your customers more then 2 years.But I am facing a lot of difficulty in claiming.My claim has been rejected by your company officers. No mail and phone, no any proper conformation.Customer care executive says reason was told that the mobile fell from his hand and not from his own.Earlier my friend (Mr. Pranit Pandey) got claim on 31st December due to same reason.Why discriminate against me.
Please look into this matter soon otherwise i will take some action

HDFC Bank are the one who directed me to ONE ASSIST but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When I asked for the HDFC Bank help they are not responsible.

I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from HDFC

I'm using HDFC CREDIT CARD SINCE LAST 2 YEAR CARD NUMBER ENDING with 1199.My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount 1399 Rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message (I have attached screenshort of mail id.).
And HDFC Bank also has to recheck this issue with the Auto Payment modes.

So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

Before 2 years when i received my debit after account opening in ICICI bank.I received a phone call from oneassist team and don't know haw they activated my subscription and debited Rs 1899 from my account from that day i was trying to cancel this subscription. Today i received SMS that this plan is going to renew and it will charge Rs 1899 again..please i request you to cancel all subscription as early as possible. ..and please if possible refund my money that you have charged till now...thanks

Previous year without my confirmation they have debited 1899 rupees of money from my account and without even knowing about that i paid. as the same this year yesterday they have auto debited 1899 rupees again without my confirmation on 21 jan 2021 i have complained HDFC and even OneAssist customer care they are explaining me the benifits but not cancelling membership. i am totally on losing side that's why i came to consumer complaints. i don't want that unknown membership and that benefits please help me to et my money back

I have purchased AC from Flipkart on October 11 2019 with one assist plan bearing number [protected]. With regards to service I have initiated a free service request on 05th March 2021. Ref No. For this service request is 8986199. Without attending to service the request is closed stating that service is done. I am following up with them from past 10 days and I see no progress. In addition to this when we complained on the same. Another service request is raised for service of AC which is available for next year free of cost. Here the case is instead of reopening the request they have raised second free request. Ref No. FOR THIS IS 9004039. Please do the needful in this regard.

Policy against relationship number 3862699 along with Iphone x on 18/4/2018 and is being renewed every year. However, yesterday when I tried to file a complaint it was informed that policy is not for mobiles. Please note that this is a breach on contract and as such I am renewing the same policy over the years.

PLease look into it and file and process my claim for damage of phone.

Cancellation of One Assist Plan
I had never asked for the One Assist Plan. Also a sum of Rs 1899 has been debited from my credit card account and I want my refund. Please disable this One Assist Plan as soon as possible.
