I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 02/03/2021. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on customer care no. And contacting through chat, but they not cancelling the servicing.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

Oneassist call me and I didn't know about it I thought its a fraud call I didn't face any situation where without giving any information or otp they can charge from my account

There why I said yes to there call

Letter on I came to know thats a real company

I called them and asked not to change as I don't want any service

They said yes

But even then when I added money...

I got a call last year from ICICI bank and I took it without knowing what it was about. A woman just started talking about some card plan, and kept asking if I understood what she was saying. Then she said she'll put me on the plan and ended the call! Didn't let me reply, and a few days later I got the plan details in the mail (which I never asked for). Come December 3rd, and Rs. 1899 was taken out of my account.

Recently i have received message from team one assist icici bank saying that

"hi customer, your walletassist plan will be renewed for another year. Membership fees of rs 1899 will be charged on your icici bank account as applicable - team oneassist"
I don't want to renew this Plan further. I want to deactivate it.

I don't even know when this got activated, and i think this people might have deducted same...

The company fraud with me, despite the insurance, did not repair my mobile. My complaint number is 5545923 oneassist company canceled for not informing me in 48 hours even though the company had not informed me about 48 hours. My oneassist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my icici credit card.
My plan is Wallet Protection plan and i have been charged rs. 1599/- for it.

My money debited without information immediately refund the amount 1899/-...

Previous year without my confirmation they have debited 1899 rupees of money from my account and without even knowing about that i paid. as the same this year yesterday they have auto debited 1899 rupees again without my confirmation on 24th feb 2021 i have complained HDFC and even OneAssist customer care they are explaining me the benifits but not cancelling membership. i am totally on losing side that's why i came to consumer complaints....

My account has been debited rs 100 many times under ipurgtp-nca please stop it immediately....

I Received SMS from that RS-1899/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Sir, very disappointing, i have taken oneassist plan for my oneplus 7t mobilephone. My phone has broken, then i did a call to them, they are just saying callme tommorow .. Now its been 2 months . Still saying tommorow.. please do something. Thank you...

On 4th Feb 2021 an amount of 1899 rupees was deducted from my ICICI savings account. Initially I complained my bank and then my complaint was registered. After a while I recieved a call from One Assist customer care and he said that my account was deducted just because I haven't replied 'NO' to their email. That's quite inappropriate for him to say that. If their was no reply from my side that doesn't mean it's a yes and there was no point...

As my account was Debited with the, Amountunt of rs 1899/- whichi s for the one assist WA Privilege single policy which I was not aware of this and my account is debited hence I request the one assist management to look into the matter and cancel my policy and refund my 100% money in to my account as soon as posible and don't do such as any kind of things with my account which is privacy and personal to me

I received sms from hdfc credit card/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/2/21. Without my permission.. I am requesting them to cancel this account for the last years and they are not doing.
