Shopmantra on flipkart site is selling mugs with the symbol of ik onlar (Sikh symbol) which is against the sikh rituals and sentiments. Don’t try to hurt the sentiments of sikhs otherwise the consequences of selling these kind of products and items with religious symbols of sikhism would not be good for your company and will be immediately reported to high appellate courts in consumer forums. So remove the products from flipkart and other sites as these products are not permissible.

Hi! I ordered a product (https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B01BYIER5A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UT...⇄ via amazon. Though it is showing delivered, i haven't received it yet. And i contacted amazon they asked me to contact the seller directly. Please help and solve the issue. It was a gift and i am disappointed. Kindly take action. It is a request

I had placed an order for Bose Sound Sport Free Truly Wireless Sport Headphones (Midnight Blue/Citron worth Rs. 2, 999. What i received is a chinese bluetooth speaker (S205 Mini). The purchase was made on September 18, 2018 through COD and the order (Order ID #15232) was received Today. I hope people who are in dispatching section having minimum commonsense on the placed order item and the dispatching item. It seems to be an intention to deliver wrong item to the customer.

I have SBI SIMPLY CLICK Credit card, I received a call from this no.[protected] from Master & visa verification department at SBI on 21/11/2017. Sonia Mehra as an executive told me that SBI Bank will issue a new credit card & cash back card on behalf of the existing credit card, thay also give me another no. Named Kartik Banerjee-[protected]. So first Bank debit the charges of Rs. - 7857 but he assured me that it wise be adjusted through cash back card. With 24 months e.m.i (Rs. 328.00 per month) I was hesitating to provide the OTP but somehow I given OTP. But I realized something fraud happened. I can't understand how to claimed by the merchant. Please guide me what should I do now. This is my no. [protected] please help me.

Hi, today at 01:00 pm, Rohit from ICICI bank, call me, going to migrate it card in life time free with 30 ℅cash back on each transaction. They askme to fill details. Through IVR and he connected through IVR. After submitting all details I got SMS from ICICI, 8320 rupee deducted from card. Please help me to get the money back.
I have received call from [protected]. Checked in true caller, number is registered with Nashreen, Kerala. And as per ICICI customer care, amount is credited to shopmantra_epaykerla.

Please check and help to get money revert for me.

Sir, I am Shyam want to bring it to your kind notice that on 21/10/2016 I received a call from the cell no : [protected] confirming that I am calling on behalf of Visa and Master Card Verification Reward department. You are using our credit card or debit card and having maintained a good track record of your cards and having earned more than 8000 reward points in your account, on the basis of which our company has decided to issue around Rs.13000 absolutely free. Kindly confirm the particulars printed on your existing card because we need to deposite money to your account.In this way she obtained all particulars from me on phone. When I tried to refuse her by saying that why I should tell you my confidential details she further stated that for matching your particulrs I am sending you a six digit number on your phone. She send six digit number on my phone and ask me to confirm the same. She further confirmed that no charges will be debited to your card account or no reward points will be redeemed against this transation. Immediately I got a message on my phone that transaction of Rs.8300.00 made on debit card xx7180 at shopmantraa on 21 Oct 16. When I object about she said it will be reversed to your account after 72 hours automaticaly.
I immediately reported this matter to my card customer center and they said the transaction has been done and this call is fraud.

Kindly help me Sir in stoping the payment and get my amount reversed in my card.

On august 20th a person called me from icici bank and told me that the i am eligible for a new credit card and it would be provided to me in the next 10 days. Have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. (+[protected]
India) from master and visa verification department at icici on 20.08.2016. He (Arun) told me that icici bank will issue a new micro chip card on behalf of my existing credit card. So first bank debit the charge of rs.-8429 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide otp but somehow i given otp. Immediately my account got debited with rs.8429. I immediately realized somthing... Hey asked me to provide my credit card details though my consequent refusals, the amount of rs. 8429 has been deducted from my credit card. When i enquired about this to them, he assured me that the amount credited would not be reflected in the statement. However, when i recently received my icici statement, the amount of rs. 8429 is included. Could you please help me to reverse the above said amount to my credit card?

They asked me the otp and debited 8429.00

Please be alert shopmantra epay kerla is a fraud com[-nay do not entertain any calls where they ask you otp.

I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked. Thea transaction is yet to be claimed by the merchant. They sbi told me that i would raise complaint when the transaction is caimed for settlement.

Now i realised that your company is fraud and i want my cash back nor i will ensure that...

I want to bring it to your kind notice that on 22/06/2016 i received a call from the cell no : [protected] confirming that they are calling on behalf of sbi credit card division. You are using our debit card and having maintained a good track record of your debit card. They mentioned that my current credit card will expire this month. Unfortunately my sbi card doesnt have an expiry date as i had received it as a package when i joined my company.In this way he obtained all particulars from me on phone. When i tried to refuse by saying that why should i tell you my confidential details she further stated that for matching your particulars i am sending you a six digit number on your phone. She send this six digit number on my phone and ask me to confirm the same. She further confirmed that no charges will be debited to my debit card account. Immediately i got a message on my phone that transaction made on sbi credit card xx2700 of rs.9, 000.00 on pos [protected] at shopmantraa_epaykerela on 22 april 15 txn#[protected]. At this moment only i got to know this is a fraud call.
I believe sbi could definetly track this transaction and get the money back from merchandise.
Kindly help me in getting this amount back.

And my credit limit was ingress from 90000.00 to 148000.00. I will happy that moments but i am totally soo sad becase he is cheated for me i am totally loss rs 9000.00. He was hesitating to provide otp but somehow i given otp. Immediately my account got debited with rs.9000. 20 days ago no isue card after i am understand he was cheater for me.

Immediately i got a message on my phone that transaction of rs.9, 000.00 made on sbi credit card xx6564 at shopmantraa_epaykerela on 13 feb 2016. When i object about he said it will be reversed to your account after 72 hours automaticaly. Kindly help me sir in stop the payment.

On 4/2/2015, some persons wrongly accessed my card and purchased the materials through shop mantra epay kerala. I have blocked my card yesterday itself and enquired transaction id from sbi credit card vendor.
Hence it is kindly requested that the following transaction may kindly be blocked and also not to supply the above materials to the concerned and return back my money to my account please.
Further it is informed that legal proceedings are under process. Kindly cooperate and do the needful please.

He introduced himself as rajan and he told me that sbi bank will issue a new master micro chip card on behalf of my existing credit card. So first bank debit the charge of rs.-9000 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating new card. Now i realised that your company is fraud and i want my cash back nor i will ensure that i will file case against your company. Ensure that my money is refunded with in 3 days.

You are using our credit card and having maintained a good track record of your credit card and having earned 9000 reward points in your account, on the basis of which our bank has decided to issue one more card i. E, discount card from sbi with the benefit of purchase any items with the discount of 25% for any products for lifetime and they will send some gifts for my reward points of 9000 i. E, reebok shoes, branded shirts/pants to my registered address thru makemy deals courier. For enable this offer he asked me to confirm the particulars which is printed on my existing credit card because on new card the data must be same as printed on your existing credit card, in this way he obtained all particulars from me on phone and the same time have got this first msg,
"one time password for registering on sbicard.com is 875503. This is valid for 72 hrs & one-time use only. Do not share otp with anyone."
And he asked me to confirm the 6 digit number for confirm this offer. When i tried to refuse him by saying that why i should tell you my confidential details he further stated that we are calling from sbi credit card department reward points section.
And the payment of rs.9000 to your sbi credit card is only for tax benefit for your gift items and the same will be refunded by our bank on your next billing cycle with the id # 12886474 for refund purpose.
And further he confirmed that no charges will be debited to your credit card account and no reward points will be redeemed against this transaction.
Immediately i got a message on my phone that transaction of rs.9, 000.00 made on sbi credit card xx8716 at shopmantraa_epaykerela on 10 oct 15. When i object for this transaction he said next due date before one week you will get call from our bank for refund of rs.9000 on your credit card that time you have to confirm this id # 12886474 for reverse the same to your credit card account and you don't need to pay this rs.9000 for your outstanding bill also.
Immediately reported this matter to sbi customer care and they said the transaction has been done with my otp # 854059 and then i told customer care to block my credit card.
And file my complaint against that frauds and they had confirmed that this complaint will be revert to me within 15-20 days. But cash may be not refund as i shared my otp to that frauds.
Kindly help me sir for stopping the payment of rs.9000/- and get my amount reversed on my sbi credit card with 1st 4 digits 5172 and last 4 digits 8716.

When i tried to refuse him by saying that why i should tell you my confidential details he further stated that for matching your particulrs i am sending you a six digit number on your phone. He send this six digit number on my phone (275227) with message sender name vm-sbicrd and ask me to confirm the same. He further confirmed that no charges will be debited to your credit card account or no reward points will be redeemed against this transation. Immediately i got a message on my phone that transaction of rs.9, 000.00 made on sbi credit card xx0876 at shopmantraa_epaykerela on 17 july 15.. I immediately reported this matter to sbi customer center and they said the transaction has been done, and told me to contact cybercrime department for further procedure, i do see many people are affected by the same fraud, why sbi is not taking any action against this fraud? Kindly help in getting this transaction reversed.

I am lakshmanan from chennai. On june 30, a person called me from sbi bank and told me that the credit limit on my credit card ending 3011 has been increased and i would get more offer from one of the sales promotional company in a few minutes. Further to this, i got a call from shopmantraa and asked me to provide my credit card details. Though my consequent refusals, the amount of rs. 9000 has been deducted from my credit card. When i enquired about this to sivaramakrishnan in shopmantraa, he assured me that the amount credited would not be reflected in the statement. However, when i recently received my sbi statement, the amount of rs. 9000 is included. Could you please help me to reverse the above said amount to my credit card?
