Bad customer service by agent No Courtesy handsets No status updates of my mobile Agents day to day different status No Expected date for delivery Final moment - no spare parts WHen i request for when will get my mobile back, suddenly they says there is demand and spare parts were not available so i have to wait till they get spares. But when i check with Mi3 service center- that parts were and available and one assist doesnt know what is issue and why they taking time. Agents should have only one information they keep changing their even you call within 5 min. WOrst service its been almost 32 days but no replies from them.. Courtesy handset i gave request but they cancelled since product will be serviced soon.But now they are saying no spares and mobile also i didnt get as spare. If i request to connect to supervisor that also not doing.They will say our manager will call in 48 hours but none have called me, Was this information helpful? | |||
