My claim was approved in ber, while i was call customer care they inform me i need to send a email to "[protected]@oneassist.in" i have already emaild the same instead of courier, but no revert came from their end and also in earilei i informed that my location was non servicabie so i need to send the device manually and courior charges will be refunded, i have sent multiple time this email to "logistic. [protected]@oneassist.in" But no valid response given yet for courier shipping charges, its Really pathetic [sr number:2212838] membership id - [protected]] Was this information helpful? | |||||
