I had received an email for my MI 11 Ultra Screen protection which stated to click on the link to activate my membership. Following to the link assist website opens up and I was asked to add my details wherein my phone IMEI no. was already entered. At the end of the page, there was the button to activate the membership and upon clicking that a popup came saying that you have successfully activated your membership. After that, I opened my Oneassist application and logged in using my email id. I clicked on the membership column and go surprised by seeing the message that I don't have any active members. I called several times on the Oneassist toll-free number and after long waiting minutes I was connected with agents and their simple answer was to lead me back to the MI support which had nothing to do with this case. Instead of helping me, they said the one assistant does not send such emails. Finally, I am attaching the proofs which clearly show the email id of the company, the email content, the post-activation messages popups. Please help me.
