[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancel my one assist

I tried several times to cancel this plan and they are not allowing this. I'm sick and tired. All they do is redirect the call to one or other agents but nothing happens. 1928446 is my membership id. It is nearing to renew this year which i don't wish to continue. Already used it for last 2 yerai due to this pushy customer care people and im not able to close it once and for all.
