[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancel subscription and refund my amount

I got a call on 30-sep-2019 from oneassist (Saying calling from icici bank mumbai) regarding their plans of card protection, i was confused about it and i told them i will see/review later but without my proper permission they activated “walletassist privilege” plan and on 1-oct -2019 debited rs. 1899 from my debit card linked to icici bank account xx209 towards subscription. I was just listening about the plan details and they didn't explain about subscription at all. Without giving any authentication, subscription amount deducted from my account. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my debit card linked to icici bank account xx209 and refund my money rs. 1899 into my account as soon as possible. Otherwise i will approach to consumer forum court because i am seeing that it is happening with lots of people. It is totally bad experience with icici banking that they are misusing the customer data and sharing the customer details with third party without permission of customer.
