Cancel the One assist Services Dear Oneassist I have received credit card from the HDFC agent saying card is totally free and I took the same and that card came with ONE ASSIST subscription which I was not aware of . I have raised cancellation request with HDFC and I have followed up with them many times but money didn't get refunded . I even raised request for cancellation of request from oneassist customer care team, looks like even they are also not responding with cancellation, Please please do cancel cancel my subscription and refund the money I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused. You are entitled for a refund of 699/- because as per the policy the complaint should have been registered with us within 30 days of deduction.
