[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancel the policy

Hi am an icici credit card user.. Rs1399 has been deducted on 24 jan 2019 without any consent of my knowledge.. Exactly on same day 24 jan 2018, they deducted rs.1399 from my credit card without my consent when i talked with customer solutions representative they mentioned they cant refund money. So i requested to cancel the policy and they confirmed cancellation of same.
Again this is repeating. Kindly refund the amount and check to ensure further it wont happen.

But currently i am in France and my number indian number, the registered number is in roaming. so i prefer to call to my France number +[protected] . I can receive OTP to my indain registered number for verification if needed.
Please do it as this is the second time i am getting this unauthorized cutting of money.
