[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancel the subscription

I have requested to cancel my subscription, but the company is not cancelling my membership. I requested them about this on phone, but still there is no response from their side.

I am request you to please take a look at this.

I have already attached the screenshot of two complaint against you but still there is no response from your or the instamojo company.

I want to cancel my membership and want my money refund back.

Either do it by yourself or i will do a fir against you.

As per your request, we have cancelled both your plan vide service request No.2183997 and 2183992.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
