I had raised a cancellation request on 27th may, 2019 with request number #4272169 but the plan still got renewed on 29th may, 2019. I've been charged rs 1399 on my credit card. I've been calling customer care since 27th may everyday but the cancellation still hasn't been processed. They raised a new cancellation request on 29th may, 2019 with request #4280101 I need a full refund now asap along with cancellation of the plan entirely.
