OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation and refund for service activation unnecessarily

I was already requested in 2017 to cancel my membership and refund my money, but the service is currently enable, .
One assist adviser was promised me we do stop your service in 2018. But now 27 feb2018 in my hdfc credit card was debited to oneassist rs 1399/- without any information and when i call to customer care they transfer the call to cancellation department and no one pick the call for complain
So please stop this service and refund my money. It is not useful for m
