Hello, I was deceived into using your company's services 3 years back, but it all turned out to be useless when i actually lost my wallet with all my cards. So when you deducted the amount again last year, i sent you a mail to cancel and refund my amount, to which you kept replying to submit from my registered email, which i already was doing.
