[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of cpp policy | |
Rs. 1399/- has been debited and requested for cancellation, I got an sms that with in 10 days policy will be cancelled and amount will be refunded. After 14 days I got a message that policy is not cancelled and details are updated. Now one assist is saying no money will be refunded if you cancel the policy. I want the policy to be cancelled immediately and refund my amount. My relationship id: 7900464
