[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of membership with one assist

I received sms from my bank that some amount was deducted from my credit card to one assist plan during last 3 years without my permission..

I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind of services. I am continuously calling on your customer care, but they not cancelling the servicing.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I tried to contact by app and by numbers but nothing is working and replying
I want to cancel my one assist subscription and dont want to be charged any more.
My membership I'd is [protected]

I'm charged 1900 rs each year without concent from my side by bank. At that time bank forced me this plan. Dont want it anymore.
