[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of my current plan

Sir, Please cancel my plan for my credit card ending with 5215 for the amount of 1399 and please initiate my refund process as well My plan got autorenewed after i informed to them to not autorenew my current plan and the response i got it from them is after the time the plan got renewed.. days after they called me and apologize for the inconvenience they have caused and somehow they convince me and i accepted the plan.
