Dear sir,

Customer relation ship no : 868578 regarding to this policy renewal i already request you to cancel of my policy and also don't like to continue in coming year. And also regarding to this i also spoke with your officers to make cancellation. They told that the cancellation procedure is done but why you deduct the amount of rs 1799.00 from my credit card please consider my request and cancel my policy and do needful and also i am waiting for your valuable response.

When i am starting this policy you people don't tell about the policy is going to renewal by auto when the period completion.
