[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of one assist member ship refund issue | |||
On 30 december 2019 i requested to cancel oneassist membeship, on the second day of which i received a call from oneassist, in the confirmation call, i gave confirmation to cancel oneassist membership and i was told that in 4 to 5 working days, the entire amount of 1399 ₹ will be put in my credit card account.. Today on 2 january 2020 as a dicount amount credited to my credit card account 300 ₹. I do not want any discount of any kind. I have to cancel oneassist membership completely, so i should be returned the full amount of ₹ 1399 Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 06, 2020 OneAssist Consumer Solutions Customer Care's response Dear Tosif, Greetings from OneAssist!!! We are sorry to see you go. Your plan has been cancelled on 31st December, 2019 and the refund must have credited to your respective bank account. Request you to check with your bank.
