[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of one assist membership and refund of my money

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card without my concern on date:09/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-
Customer care are not helping me.

Updated by DharmU1994 I have received my new hdfc bank credit this month And on date 09/10/2017 i have received a message on my registered mobile number that the oneassist membership plan has been successfully activated on my account. But i haven't requested for any such services anywhere...
Please refund my money and cancel the membership
