[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Cancellation of one assist mfee membership in hdfc credit card

Hi,
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder.

A few days back an amount rs.1299 is added as unbilled debit section in hdfc credit card transaction. That is related to the one assist mfee secure facility.
I don't want this membership, so cancel that scheme from my credit card account.

Received a call from them but we did not request for any subscription for the card then too without my permission they deducted 1799 frm my account. I want my money back or else i will cancel my account n file a case gainst you all.
