OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of one assist plan

Hi,

One assist has charged me rs.1299 on without my permission. I don't understand how my credit card can be accessed like this without my consent, and as of now i don't want any of the services provided by one-assist. Even i dont recived any credit card from hdfc bank.
