Sir, i received a message from your today on 31.12.2019 that oneassist plan has been activated.in this regard it is submitted that i do not want this plan and i try to reach to you at your customer care umber so many time but in vain. Kindly deactivate the same and refund the money which deducted from my card. I shall be highly thankful to you for this kindness.
