[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of plan and refund of money | |||
In june 2016 i got a call from one assist (As being told) narrating the story of their product which was being declined by me. But after 15 days or so i got a reply in the form of membership of one assist without any of my agreement. Again after one year they renewed my plan without my permission and deducted 1899 rs. On contacting the bank and giving my request i was assured to get my money within few days after an inquiry being conducted My relationship number provided by one assist is[protected] and plan is (Enhanced wa privilege single plan) I want my cancellation. Many request have been lodged to them at their number[protected] regarding refund but no proper reply is being provided. Note: there are so many complaints against this company fetching money from the accounts of the persons without their permission. How is it possible, still not understood?
