[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of the product | |||
I didn't wanted the renewal of the product i was using so i called them up regarding the cancellation as it was due for renewal, when i called their customer care services they were very helpful regarding the matter and assured me that it won't be renewed and i won't be charged for it, they even added if at all i am charged for it they are going to revert the charges. Yesterday when i got a text from the bank about deduction from oneassist consumer solutions for renewal of their product. When i called them about it they readily noted down my previous cancellation request number and gave me another number and assured me that cancellation team will get in touch with me and help me. When i got a call from them today they were ready to cancel the product but told me that once the charges have been deducted they can't be reversed. So they can't help me with that and i'll be charged for it anyways. I have all the recordings of the conversation i had with them and i hope that strict actions are taken against this company.
