Despite telling a thousand times, my cancellation request was not processed. Instead, they said that I gave my consent to extend the services during confirmation call which I never did. The customer care executives did I had placed cancellation request on : 4/Aug/2018. Confirmation call was on 6/Aug/2018. One Assist is a fraud. They extended my account without my consent. One Assist is a fraud. They extended my account without my consent. Plus the amount 1399/- was deducted from my ICICI Bank credit card without my authorization.
