Hi Respective head, This is with reference to wallet assist renewal of my relationship no 390369 my policy automatically renewed on april2017 without any intimation from the company. I wish to discontinue the policy and refund my premium for the policy. Inspite of rigorous follow up for the refund of the premium amount, the company is not taking any action. I want to cancel my policy and i am eligible for 100 % refund of the policy amount. Please take further notice that you are hereby called upon to make arrangement to refund my premium amount of rs.1299/- (In words) within 7 days from the date of this mail. What the hell is that still you guys are not refunding my money i have detail proof regarding your company i will surely file complain against your company.
