[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancelling membership | |||||
Inr 1899/-was debited from my hdfc credit card for one assist membership without my permission without any pre intimation. How could bank allowed this fraudulent?? I awaiting for refund since last 8 days and today they send mail "thank you for showing intrest in one assist membership". One of there executive named mis. Bhavna calling me to convince the benefits. So annoying. Till i awaiting for refund. Question to hdfc bank how you allow auto debt is done for such fraudulent?? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir I have received a message from one assist solutions who has deducted 1399Rs from my credit card ended with 7009. I don't want this type of service andI want my money back.
