I have bough MI TV 55 Inches 18 months back along with extended warranty of year that provided by OneAssist.
Couple of months back, My TV was stopped working due to heat bubbles in the display, I have raised an service complaint on 31st Mar 2020. Since, then there is no proper response to even understand the problem for not working.
I do understand & Highly appreciate the lock down situations that has a limited service. but, In last couple of weeks, I have got an call from the technician then asked for the photograph of the TV condition and other details, Hence, He is orally committing to visit my home but He is not, Now, I am really frustration on the way they response, I am not going to beg them again rather I am planning to raise the case in the consumer court.
My recommendation is never purchase this warranty for any of the product, Just they are making money, There is no proper escalation process to highlight the issue to wait for some more time.
This is more like a cheating and looking for some additional money from the technician if they want to use it. Was this information helpful? |
