[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — claim | |||
I had got my phone damaged in june and i had filled for the claim.in late june i had gone to ladakh which doesnt have network connection at most places. I had informed to the one assist team that i wont be able to send my phone because of this. Also, i wasn't given the spare phone. Also, on one of the call i was told that i can refile my case later on when i move to city anyway under 1 year. They closed the case on me without having a proper connection and communication that once my claim is closed i cant get my phone repaired. Only recently when i filled for claim, i came to know that i am not eligible for the claim which is very disheartening. I don't understand why wasn't i told and informed that i wont be able to file the case again but told that i can refile it. I feel cheated by the company.
